Anthony Falor joined HWE in October 2003 as COO of the Focused Service Division after spending 13 years with the world’s largest lodging franchisor, Cendant Corporation, most recently as President and CEO of their Budget/Extended Stay brands. With an extensive background in franchise sales, development and marketing, Anthony holds all Cendant sales records claiming Top Producer honors in years 1992-1997, 1999 and 2001. Anthony has been involved in the franchising and development of brands such as Ramada, Wingate Inn, and Days Inn just to name a few, and has tremendous relationships and contacts within the upper-midscale to lower budgeted buyers. Since 2004 HWE has successfully sold approximately $2 billion dollars of lodging product valued at $10 million or less. He has been frequently quoted in major industry publications including Hotel Business, Hotel/Motel Management, AAHOA and Lodging Hospitality. Mr. Falor has spoken and/or presented at numerous lodging conferences including The Lodging Conference, Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), the National Association of Black Hotel Owners Operators and Developers (NABHOOD) and the Hispanic Hotel Owner’s Association (HHOA). Mr. Falor is also a featured speaker at the Hilton Hospitality 101 and the National Black McDonald’s Owner’s Association (NBMOA).
Anthony Falor currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Hotel & Lodging Association Educational foundation and on the Board of Directors for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).

Daniel Riley was recruited to expand the scope of the Select Service Division. Prior to joining HWE, Daniel gained experience in the hotel industry as a Director of Marketing/Sales for a property in New Orleans, LA. Beginning his real estate career, Daniel was an office broker in Atlanta and the southeast markets, representing some of the nation’s most innovative and recognized companies in creating real estate strategies to minimize expenses and increasing exposure to the market. Daniel’s background proves to be a key component in achieving the objectives of his clients and the Select Service Division of HWE.

Clint Hodges joined Hodges Ward Elliott (HWE) in January 2007 after graduating from Mercer University with a Business Degree. During his first two years at HWE, Clint was a member of the Full-Service Division and focused on analytics, managing the deal flow process, and assisting in the closing of over a Billion in hotel transactions. In September 2009 Clint moved to the Select Service team and focuses on deals in the southeast that valued at $20 million or less. Representative transactions of Clint’s experience include the Savannah Hawthorne Suites Savannah, GA, the Hampton Inn Newark, NJ, the Hampton Inn College Park, GA and the Hampton Inn Raleigh, NC.

Pete joined Hodges Ward Elliott in 2003 and during his tenure with the firm, has participated in over 60 transactions valued at more than $750 million dollars. Over the last three years, Pete has focused on transactions ranging from $10 - $30 million, primarily in the Select Service segment of the market. He has been quoted and published in various trade publications and has been a panelist at several major lodging industry events. Pete continues to focus his attention on the Select Service segment of the marketplace, applying his past operational experience to today’s challenges.
Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott, Pete held the positions of General Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Hotel Operations for several of the industries most prominent third party hotel management companies. He attended Johnson & Wales University, where he majored in Hotel & Lodging Management.

Rudy Reudelhuber is Executive Vice President of Hodges Ward Elliott and is based in Orlando. He has been directly responsible for over $1 billion in transaction volume since he joined the firm in 1998. In 2004 he was responsible for the establishment of the firm's European operations as Managing Director of
HVS Hodges Ward Elliott in London before returning to the US in 2008.
Mr Reudelhuber has completed transactions in the United States, England, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. While his experience is comprised primarily of disposition advisory assignments, he has also been paid fees to conduct operator searches and lease negotiations and to deliver broker price opinions.
Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott, Mr Reudelhuber was an analyst in Hong Kong with Trust Company of the West which was responsible for management of a $1.3 billion portfolio of global emerging market investments. He began his career at UBS in New York city where he was a member of the corporate finance investment banking team with a focus on mining and metals companies. Mr Reudelhuber is a member of the LifeWork Leadership Network in Orlando and is Treasurer of St Stephen the Protomartyr Orthodox Church.
Mr Reudelhuber graduated with honors from Princeton University with a degree in East Asian Studies.

Jim is the CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Hodges Ward Elliott, Inc. and has served as an auditor with Deloitte and in controllership positions with privately-held real estate companies previous to his 25 years of service with HWE. He holds a BBA-Accounting from Kent University Summa Cum Laude, an MBA - Finance from Georgia State University and he maintains a CPA certificate as well as brokerage licenses in 8 states. He is an avid Bible student and is active in The Boy Scouts of America.
